Pectoral ...Bench press and chest flies are awesome. Pectoral implants won't help with muscle strength though... <br /><br />Acupuncture is incredible. I have used it for allergies, colds, pregnancy, hamstring tendinitis, IT band problems, and the list goes on. Also check out the muscle restoration therapy that Josh Shadle at Tri Massage does.
